Nixsweat Warranty - 30-Day Manufacturer Defect
We work hard to ensure you will have a stylish, durable, and long-lasting product you will enjoy for years to come.
The manufacturer warrants, to the original owner, that the material of the Nixsweat is free of defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, commercial use, or failure to follow the recommendations within the instructions. The manufacturer reserves the right to exchange the defective item with a full replacement at their discretion.
Claim Procedure
If you feel there is a warranty-related issue, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the Nixsweat. You must present the original sales receipt to facilitate a quick resolution to your warranty claim. The retailer will contact the manufacturer to resolve your warranty requirements.
